According to the decision of the organizing committee of the 35th Summer of Harbin Concert, the opening of the concert, as well as the 14th National Vocal Performance and the 2nd National Excellent Musical Performance alongside the concert, that were scheduled to kick off on Aug 6 will be postponed.

The 2021 Harbin Marathon and 22nd China Food Festival will be postponed as well.

The series of music performances and cultural exhibitions that are currently in progress will be suspended.

The 19th China Harbin International Beer Festival came to a close on Aug 2, earlier than originally planned.

In addition, Harbin has temporarily closed some indoor cultural and entertainment venues that are likely to cause the spread of the epidemic, such as karaoke rooms, game rooms, and internet cafes.

Scenic attractions must strictly implement regulations to limit visitors, require reservations, and inspect health declarations.

The number of tourists visiting a scenic area in a single day cannot exceed 50 percent of the maximum capacity, and internal performances in scenic spots will be suspended.
