Daoli district holds autumn festival

The first Changling Lake Autumn Culture Festival kicked off in Daoli district, Harbin, on Sept 22, in an effort to promote Daoli as a tourist attraction.
Sponsored by the government of Daoli district, the festival lasted three days, concluding on Sept 24.
During the festival, various activities were held to entertain tourists, including a dragon boat competition, a light show, traditional performances, a local agricultural products exhibition, and boat rides on Changling Lake.
In addition, tourists were given the opportunity to enjoy some of the best of the district’s local delicacies, thanks to the early autumn harvest.

The autumn schedule for power grid maintenance in Harbin, Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province concluded on Oct 30.
The High People’s Court of Heilongjiang province officially launched Thunderbolt Action.
About 10 government departments in Daoli district, Harbin, Heilongjiang province, carried out joint enforcement June 1 to remove more than 20 illegal constructions with a total area of over 2000 square meters to advance an expropriation project.
Harbin has seen a dramatic reduction in traffic congestion, according to statistics released by Amap, a Chinese navigation service provider.
