Mascots of civilized city make public appearances

Wen Wen and Bin Bin, two cartoon mascots representing the construction of a civilized city in Harbin, made appearances at different places in Xiangfang district on July 24.
The 10 pairs of the cartoon characters, Wen Wen meaning wenming (civilized) and Bin Bin meaning Harbin, could be seen at the greenland near Wenchang Bridge, Wanda Square, Dongli Square, Sanhe Road, Zhongshan Road and Nanzhi Road.
