Harbin Beer Festival welcomes tourists

The 2013 Harbin International Beer Festival opened in the city of Harbin, capital of northeast China’s Heilongjiang province, on June 28.
The carnival opens in the 600,000-square-meter yard of Ice and Snow World, the theme park of the festival, at 4:00 pm every afternoon.
A group of 13 ltentsand 12 fairs welcomes the beer fans. The wetland ecological park in the west of Ice and Snow World welcomes visitors from all directions.
The organizer of the festival provides a 150,000-sq-m parking area this year. A 10-yuan ($1.60) ticket will guarantee the tourists a pleasant tour from 4 pm to 10:30 pm in the theme park. Tickets are sold from 4 pm to 9:30 pm.
The buses to the park, including Bus 13 (partial route, part of the normal route of Bus 13), 29, 88, 119, 125, 126, 211, 212, 213, 216, 219, 551 and 552, will take passengers to the beer festival venue from 6:00 pm to 10 pm. People can get off at the Ice and Snow World stop and walk 200 meters to the fair.
Bus 29 will serve as a special bus route for the festival during the event. Some of the routes will serve tourists for an extra hour, such as Bus 13 (partial route), 88, 119, 125 and 126 from June 29.
