Harbin removes checkpoints at station exits

Passengers passing checkpoints at the entrance of 16 railway stations with the real-name ticketing system don’t need to get their tickets checked at the exits, according to the railway authorities of Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, on Nov 4.
Since passengers are required to show tickets and ID cards at the entrance already, 16 stations using the real-name ticketing system in Harbin have removed checkpoints at their station exits.
The cancellation of check out procedures can bring convenience to passengers as they don’t need to hand tickets while carrying luggage at the exits.
The 16 stations in Harbin that have cancelled checkpoints at station exits are Harbin East Railway Station, Jiamusi Railway Station, Mudanjiang Railway Station, Qiqihar Railway Station, Daqing Railway Station, Daqing West Railway Station, Jixi Railway Station, Jiagedaqi Railway Station, Shuanyashan Railway Station, Hegang Railway Station, Yichun Railway Station, Qitaihe Railway Station, Hailaer Railway Station, Suihua Railway Station, Manzhouli Railway Station and Suifenhe Railway Station.
