The city of Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, has upgraded more than 300 courtyards in the Daoli district this year, to enhance the living environment of its residents.
After the beautification project, what were rugged, messy courtyards have been transformed into leisure parks for people to enjoy and have a relaxing time.
