A volunteer service station is continuing work in winter for people visiting Stalin Park in Daoli district, Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, by turning its standing booth into a heating kiosk.
Visitors can enjoy a cup of hot water and acquire travel guidance from volunteers working in the kiosk. Umbrellas and first-aid kits are also available in the service kiosk.
