There is a kindergarten named “Baoying” in Nangang district, Harbin, in Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province. It only recruits children of migrant workers.
During the last 13 years, Cao Xiuhui, the founder of the kindergarten, and a group of volunteers made painstaking efforts to build a happy and harmonious environment for more than 2,000 children of migrant workers.
