The Harbin Bureau of Industry and Information Technology – based in Harbin, capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province – recently launched 24 incentive policies designed to stimulate local businesses.
 
The policies cover five major areas: supporting enterprises to accelerate their growth, strengthening the establishment of innovation systems, supporting smart manufacturing to lead manufacturing upgrades, supporting the industrial internet to advance digital transformation and supporting the eco-friendly development of businesses.
 
Enterprises that reportedly meet the requirements of the policies don't need to submit applications materials.
 
It is understood that the Harbin bureau will obtain related information on the companies from departments at the provincial and national levels.
 
It will confirm the enterprises' qualifications by reviews and by comparing various authoritative data.
