The 7th China-Russia Expo will be held in Ekaterinburg city in Russia from July 6 to 9, 2021.

The China-Russia Expo, founded in 2014, is jointly sponsored by the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, Heilongjiang Provincial Government, Russian Ministry of Federal Economic Development and Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The 7th China-Russia Expo, coinciding with the 2021 Russian International Innovation Industry Exhibition, should have been hosted in 2020 but was postponed to this year due to the outbreak of COVID-19.

This year’s expo will include online and offline exhibitions on the theme of “science and technology innovation – the new impetus for practical collaboration between China and Russia.”

Chinese offline exhibition areas will include the central exhibition area, the provincial, municipal and commercial association exhibition area, domestic commercial giants and Chinese-funded enterprises area, and the science and technology innovation area.

People who are unable to attend in person can enjoy a virtual expo thanks to the digital exhibition hall, VR exhibition studio and online broadcasting and communication system.

This expo will cover a wide range of fields, including science and technology innovation, high-end equipment, modern agriculture, the communications industry and the service trade.

Under the background of the 7th China-Russia Expo, dozens of business activities will be conducted, including the 3rd China-Russia Regional Cooperation Forum and the 4th China-Russia Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Forum.

These forums will cover agriculture, science and technology, architecture, customs and regional cooperation.
