New service center opens in Harbin

Residents in Xiangfang district of Harbin can get social insurance and employment services in the newly-opened service center, Harbin Daily reported on Oct 10.
People with insurance problems, including pensions, medical treatment, work-related injuries and those who want to apply for labor arbitration or need entrepreneurship training, can go to the center for help.
Funded by the local government, the center offers “one-stop” services regarding social security and employment procedures for local residents.
