An ammonia synthesis converter designed and manufactured by Harbin Boiler Company Limited was recently delivered to Shandong Jinmei Mingshui Chemical Group Co, following a production period of eight months.
The ammonia synthesis tower is a device for catalytically reacting nitrogen and hydrogen at high pressure and high temperature for ammonia synthesis.
The delivered ammonia synthesis tower has a total length of 32.17 meters and a wall thickness of 177 mm, weighing 514 tons. It set a new record for heaviest weight of an ammonia synthesis converter manufactured by Harbin Boiler Company Limited. It will be used in Shandong Jinmei Mingshui Chemical Group Co.’s Mingshengda ‘4060 project.’
