The management committee of Harbin New Zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Heilongjiang Smart City Construction Association on July 8.

The two sides will push forward smart city construction and related industries development. The latest emerging industries such as big data, cloud computing, internet of things and 5G technology have been included into the cooperation plan.

Wan Yong, assistant of director of Harbin New Zone and Yu Xinhai, chairman of Heilongjiang Smart City Construction Association, exchanged opinions at a signing ceremony and expressed their hopes that more cooperation agreements will be signed in the future.

Additionally, the Harbin New Zone Smart City Big Data Center was unveiled and put into use on the same day.
