Around 70 Harbin-based enterprises will display more than 500 types of agricultural products at the 6th Shenzhen International Modern Green Agriculture and Green Industry Expo, scheduled to occur on Sept 11-13 in Shenzhen, a city in South China’s Guangdong province.

Harbin's products will be exhibited in seven categories: grain and oil, forest specialty products, livestock and poultry, vegetables, beverages, snack foods and time-honored brands.

Twenty-three Harbin-based enterprises that cooperate with poverty-stricken families will showcase products at the event. These companies and their products stand as a testament to the progress that has been made on poverty alleviation by using modern agriculture technologies and operating methods.

Harbin's exhibitor delegation will hold a special promotional conference and several business networking activities for the city's high-quality agricultural products during the expo.

Since it was first held in 2015, the Shenzhen expo has been successfully held five times.

The expo is a professional event that integrates the exhibition and exchange of modern green agriculture projects, new technologies and new products.

It has become an essential platform for exchanging modern agricultural achievements across the country and promoting high-quality, environmentally friendly agricultural products in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
