Harbin FTZ works to develop nighttime economy

The Harbin area of the China Heilongjiang Pilot Free Trade Zone (Harbin FTZ) commenced a 90-day event on July 24 to promote the development of the nighttime economy and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional businesses.
This event focuses on shopping, dining, culture, entertainment, and fitness.
The Harbin FTZ will fully regulate the order of the nighttime consumer market to create a safe, beautiful, and comfortable nighttime environment for consumers.
It will also provide support for activities under normalized epidemic prevention and control measures, public transportation, environmental protection, hygiene, food safety, and publicity and promotion, as well as formulate emergency plans.
