Five enterprise platforms in Harbin, capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, recently made the 2021 list of national public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises.
 
They include the Heilongjiang Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Development Service Center, Harbin Yangguan Huiyuan Intellectual Property Agency Co, Harbin Welding Research Institute Co, Heilongjiang Building Materials Industry Planning and Design Institute, and Heilongjiang Light Industry Science Research Institute.
 
The list was recently announced by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the honored platforms provide information, training, financial, and technical services for small and medium-sized enterprises.
 
An enterprise platform must serve more than 150 small and medium-sized enterprises annually and have a user satisfaction rate of more than 80 percent to make the national list.
 
Meanwhile, the number of enterprises served by the platforms must have grown steadily in the past two years, and they must have a certain reputation and brand influence in the professional service field.
 
In addition, the platform must have at least 20 employees serving small and medium-sized enterprises, among which the proportion of professionals with a college degree or above and an intermediate or above technical title must account for more than 80 percent.
 
The validity period of national public service demonstration platforms for small and medium-sized enterprises is three years.
 
The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will entrust a third-party organization to arrange for experts to conduct random annual inspections and evaluations of the demonstration platforms, and their status will be revoked if they fail the evaluation.
