Harbin New Zone establishes global investment promotion alliance

The alliance is a part of the zone's reform of its business and investment promotion mechanisms.
It aims to expand business and investment promotion channels and develop a mechanism for international promotion.
A total of 123 units and associations have joined the alliance thus far, with 24 people being hired as investment advisors.
The alliance is expected to play an essential role in boosting Harbin New Zone's economic and industrial development.
Since the establishment of the Harbin New Zone, it has introduced seven Fortune Global 500 enterprises and nine projects with investment of more than 10 billion yuan each.
Strategic emerging industry clusters involving equipment manufacturing, new materials and modern biomedicine have gradually formed in the zone as well.
Harbin to implement 10 projects in 2023
Harbin will invest 11.4 billion yuan into constructing 10 projects throughout the year.
