Measures taken by the city of Harbin in China’s northernmost Heilongjiang province to improve  its business environment have been recognized by the National Development and Reform Commission.
 
More than 10 experiences and practices in Harbin related to business environment have already been forwarded by the commission’s official website.
 
At the beginning of this year, Harbin launched a special action to optimize its business environment.
 
The city will make establishing and cancelling businesses easier, work to attract more talent and labor, and improve supporting services for engineering construction.
 
The moves are aimed at promoting the optimization and upgrading of Harbin’s business environment and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the city.
 
In addition, the united front work department of the CPC Harbin municipal committee and the Harbin municipal federation of industry and commerce took multiple measures to boost financing guarantees for private enterprises in the city and promote the accelerated implementation of financial policies to aid enterprises and stabilize jobs.
