The ninth World Chaoshang Entrepreneurs Convention successfully concluded in Harbin, the capital city of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, on Dec 20.
 
The two-day event fully demonstrated Harbin's abundant resources, overall planning and industrial advantages in the ice-and-snow economy, as well as their scientific and technological resources.
 
At the event, 10 cooperation project deals were signed.
 
Business guests attending the convention were attracted to the forum that focused on Wuchang, a county-level city under Harbin's jurisdiction, Heilongjiang province.   
 
They discussed its vitalization and development, agriculture, medicine, high-end equipment, characteristic tourism, modern logistics investments and other advantageous industrial investment fields.
 
Hao Yufan, presidential chair professor of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen), gave a lecture on "The Changes in the International Situation and the Impact of Sino-US Relations on the Global Business Environment" to the guests.
 
Zhu Nanping, a lawyer from Shanghai Watson & Band (Harbin) Law Firm, spoke about the "Protection Methods for the Extension of the Cross-Border Industrial Chain with Russia and Its Legal Risks".
 
They clearly interpreted the investment risks in the cross-border industrial chain with Russia, and introduced how to create a good investment environment for Sino-Russian cooperation through the improvement of the legal system.
