The Harbin Culture and Tourism Cross-Border Bonded Experience Store officially opened and made its debut in Harbin, the capital of China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, on May 18.

The store is located on 37 West Liudao Street in Daoli district, along the city's landmark scenic spot Harbin Central Avenue. It covers an area of around 1,500 square meters.

It is jointly operated by the Harbin Culture and Tourism Group and the Harbin Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

Currently, the store has gathered boutique items such as daily necessities, cosmetics, skincare products, maternity and baby products, and luxury goods from around the world. There are also thousands of products from over 30 countries and regions to choose from.

All the self-operated goods in the store can be traced back to their source, and are under the supervision of customs throughout the entire process.

They are bonded and tax-free, ensuring that consumers can buy original imported products that are supervised, guaranteed, transparently priced, filling a complete range of categories.

Domestic consumers only need to undergo identity verification in the store, and can complete the payment and clearance process within three to five minutes.

The official operation of the store marks an important step for Harbin's culture and tourism enterprises to adapt to the trend of consumer upgrading, focusing on quality brands and promoting the development of consumption towards new modes and formats.

Moving forward, the Harbin Culture and Tourism Group will cultivate new forms of integrated development bringing together culture, tourism and commerce.
