Harbin railway bureau starts new train timetable

China Railway Harbin Bureau Group Co Ltd started implementing the fourth quarter train timetable of 2023 on Oct 11.
Post-adjustment, the Harbin bureau will operate 269.5 pairs of passenger trains, which is 11.5 more than before. This includes 147 pairs of high-speed train units and 122.5 pairs of conventional trains.
New trains to North China's Shanxi province will be introduced, including the G2638/9 and G2640/37 trains from Harbin West to Yuncheng North. For the first time, high-speed trains will run from Harbin to Taiyuan, Linfen, Yuncheng, and Pingyao Ancient City in Shanxi.
The high-speed trains operating by the Harbin bureau have expanded to 13 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Liaoning, Jilin, Inner Mongolia and Hubei in Northeast China, North China, East China, and more regions.
