Poland oil-painting exhibition opens in Harbin

Oil paintings from European artists in different periods welcomed visitors in the Vasiliy international oil-painting street in Daoli district, Harbin, capital of Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province, on Nov 9.
Polish Ambassador to China Tadeusz Chomicki attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition. Polish renowned poster designer and painter Rafal Olbinski will draw paintings and communicate with Chinese artists at the exhibition during the event.
Hosted by the publicity department of Harbin, the exhibition will display 150 paintings provided by Poland’s National Gallery during the event. It is open free to Harbin residents during the two-month exhibition period.
