Track star Liu Bowen races away with silver at top games

Heilongjiang athlete Liu Bowen (L) pulls out all the stops at a men’s 110 meter hurdle competition on Aug 14. Liu raced to silver in the event at the 2nd Youth Games of the People's Republic of China, setting a personal best of 13.47 seconds. The Youth Games of the People's Republic of China were launched in 1988 and are held every four years.
