As the spring reaches its peak in China’s southern areas, the frozen Songhua River in Harbin, capital city of China’s northernmost Heilongjiang province, starts melting due to the rising temperatures.
 
Melting and fracturing ice blocks along the Songhua River attract visitors who come to admire and photograph the charming landscape.
