Crew ready for Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail

In preparation for the opening of the Harbin-Dalian high-speed rail, Shenyang Railway Bureau has trained its crew on safety operations, service etiquette and emergency procedures. The 921-kilometer rail line connects Northeast China's Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning provinces and will start operation on Dec 1. It boasts a design speed of 350 km per hour.

Harbin ramps up childcare services

A new comprehensive service center for childcare in Harbin is expected to be finished by the end of the year.
