Originating from France in the 1980s, parkour is a fashionable sport requiring a person to quickly and efficiently navigate an obstacle course using showy stunts such as leaping, climbing, rolling and swinging. It's also known as free running.
The sport came to China in 2007 and has become very popular among young people.
