Tempting seafood served at Wanda Realm Harbin

Wanda Realm Harbin invited leading chef Zhou Qingfeng from Shenyang in Liaoning province to present his best culinary fare at the Wanda Real Harbin Hotel from Oct 11 to Nov 11.
Chef Zhou, who has been working in Dalian for more than 10 years, is proficient in mouth-watering Dalian seafood dishes and Cantonese cuisine.
During the one-month period, the Harbin hotel will feature fresh seafood from Dalian Bay in the Bohai Sea.
Authentic dishes served will include fried crab, stewed rhubarb, stewed seaweed with matsutake and potatoes, stewed seafood with cabbage and tofu and sea cucumbers.
