As cold weather sets in across the country, Fenghuang Mountain National Forest Park in Harbin, in China's northernmost Heilongjiang province, has been blanketed in vast quantities of snow, turning the area into an icy wonderland.
Fenghuang Mountain National Forest Park covers 50,000 hectares, with 89 hills measuring more than 1,000 meters above sea level, including the main peak 1,690 meters above sea level – the highest peak in Heilongjiang province.
The park has two scenic areas: Fenghuang Mountain Alpine Garden and Phoenix Mountain Grand Gorge, which are famous for their stunning natural landscapes.
