Harbin welcomes easier taxi hailing

Residents in Heilongjiang’s provincial capital Harbin can now call taxis on their mobile Apps, WeChat, telephone and website - www.85500855.com.
How to use the Taxi-hailing App
Log in to the APP with your cellphone number, and fill in the starting point and destination by text or audio. Then choose a taxi service, and send a message after confirmation of the request.
Taxi drivers within one kilometer will receive this message and contact the passenger.
It takes just three minutes for message sending and getting a reply. If there is no reply from drivers after ten minutes, please try again.
Payment with cash or IC cards is available. Additionally, the APP platform can monitor the drivers. If drivers fail to comply with the rule, they can be punished.
In addition, passengers who break an appointment on three consecutive occasions will be banned from mobile taxi-hailing for three months.
