The third Harbin Employment and Entrepreneurship Fair came to an end at the Human Resource Center in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, on Nov 16. Nearly 20,000 people registered for the fair, and 3,157 people signed job contracts.

A group of 30 technologists and management experts from Russia, Belarus, South Korea and other regions brought their programs to the job fair. Overseas expert organizations and training agencies including MATAT Knowledge from Israel and the Association for International Cooperation Australia were also invited to the event.

After matchmakings during the two-day event, nine foreign organizations reached preliminary cooperation intentions with related Harbin official departments and State enterprises regarding joint programs in school, women’s employment and overseas job training.
