Over 100 businesses from Harbin city are participating in the 110th China Food and Drinks Fair, which is being held in Chengdu, Southwest China's Sichuan province, from March 20 to 22.
The Harbin exhibition area covers 1,300 square meters and showcases more than 5,000 products across more than 100 categories.
This year's participation marks a milestone for Harbin, as it boasts the highest number of participating businesses, the largest exhibition area, and the widest range of showcased products in the city's history in such external trade shows.
The Harbin delegation orchestrates a comprehensive "1+3+N" display structure, comprising one main exhibition area, three distinct feature areas, and numerous branded display zones.

Leveraging a combination of centralized and specialized exhibition areas, offline and online presentations, product showcases, and physical product evaluations, the delegation aims to present a holistic image of Harbin's food industry from multiple angles.
The exhibition primarily emphasizes showcasing iconic products such as heritage brands, local specialties, and geographical indication products.
Among the array of products that Harbin is showcasing are red sausages, Laodingfeng mooncakes, Dalieba bread, and Wuchang rice.
Furthermore, the delegation enhances interactive experiences with buyers and promotes new product launches. This approach leads to fruitful cooperation and market impact, with several businesses finalizing preliminary agreements with buyers, resulting in a cumulative contract value that exceeds 10 million yuan ($1.37 million).
