A hiking contest is set to take place as part of the Charming Harbin Summer cultural tourism activity, on June 10, the first day of the of the Dragon Boat Festival national holiday.

The hiking route covers about 20 kilometers around Sun Island, and  more than 300 visitors and 7 international travel agencies from around the country have already signed up for the contest.

In May, the Dalian branch of the well-known travel agency, Caesar Tourism, arranged for its staff and clients to take part in the Dalian International Walking Competition, which turned out to be a good opportunity for participants to communicate, and a representative of Caesar Tourism said that they expect the contest in Harbin to be a great success.
