Harbin cold zone expo to be held in January

The Second Harbin Cold Zone Expo will be held on Jan 5 to 8 at the Harbin International Exhibition and Sports Centre, according to Harbin Municipal Government’s preparatory meeting for the cold zone expo on Nov 13 , 2014.
This expo will cover an area of 24,000 square meters, double the space for the previous one. There will be 900 to 1000 international standard booths located in Hall A and B of the exhibition center. Nine categories of products will be arranged in seven exhibition areas.
Six economic and trade activities will also be held during the expo, including snow removal equipment on-site presentations, cold zone LED lighting equipment promotions, ice and snow tourism promotions, opening ceremony and sister city sharing sessions.
According to the spokesperson in charge of the local CPIT(the Harbin Council for the Promotion of International Trade), this exhibition will invite 300 to 350 exhibitors, 60 percent of which will be enterprises coming from other parts of China and abroad.
Currently the organizers have invited well-known enterprises from about 30 cold zone countries. The coming expo will focus on snow removal equipments and new building heating materials, technology and energy. The exhibition booths for these items will increase by a big proportion to account for more than 70 percent of the total exhibition floor space.
