According to Yang Jie, chairman of the Harbin Women’s Federation, the fashion week has garnered attention from home and abroad. Harbin will take this chance to promote fashion-related communications and trade discussions with Russia. In addition, Harbin will also combine fashionable culture with travel and cultural transmissions, working to display the multidimensional beauty of the so-called “Paris of the Orient” and “Eastern Moscow.”

This year, the fashion week will have support from many parties, including six provincial garment associations (Beijing, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu and Shenzhen), Russian professionals, four top Chinese instructors, 10 well-known Chinese brands, 30 “new strength” designers, 10 venture capital firms, 10 top commercial enterprises, 50 famous media agencies and numerous professionals in the fashion field.
