Ice breakers on Songhuajiang River

A man measures an ice block on Songhuajiang River in Harbin, capital city of Northeast China's Heilong province, Dec 15, 2013. Nearly 1,000 men and 700 vehicles have been deployed to collect ice for the coming annual Harbin Int'l Ice and Snow Festival.
