Temporary trains go online for 'chunyun'

Eight temporary trains from Harbin to Wuchang, Jiamusi and Suihua will be added for 'chunyun', the travel rush period around Spring Festival, according to the Harbin railway administration. Passengers can book tickets for temporary trains 10 days before the travel date. For more detailed information about the departure and arrival time, passengers can read the bulletins for the railway station or call 12306, the official service line.

For other trains, passengers can book tickets 20 days before the travel date online and 18 days before the travel date at the railway station and train ticket sales agencies. According to the service center of Harbin Railway Station, hard seat tickets for trains from Harbin to Chongqing, Guangzhou and Jiamusi; high-speed railway tickets to Shanghai, Beijing and Dalian; and tickets to Qiqihar are abundant. Passengers who need to travel during chunyun are advised to purchase their tickets as early as possible.
