When the Harbin Military Food Supply held a drill, on August 3, the modular field kitchen being used attracted a great deal of attention, as a special piece of equipment that can be assembled in just 15 minutes, resulting in a complete 12-square-meter kitchen with utensils, steamers, woks and disposable food boxes, as well as an insulated water tank, disinfection facilities and fire extinguishers.

And thanks to the skill of the military chefs, the field kitchen can provide hot meals with soup for 150 people in just 45 minutes, making the food quickly available and tasty to satisfy the troops.

To ensure that supplies arrive on time, the supply station has contracts with 13 local companies who provide raw materials, end products and accommodations, making full use of local resources to improve efficiency.
