Electric power service ensures heating in winter

To ensure smooth heating supply in winter, State Grid Harbin Electric Power Co arranged more than 100 technicians to guide electricity operations in heating companies in Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province.
To date, technicians have troubleshooted 73 electric problems in 46 heating companies.
