The city of Harbin, capital of Heilongjiang province, made the list of “National Demonstration City of Harmonious Community Construction” with another 13 cities, including Nanjing, Hangzhou, Shenzhen and Xiamen, released by the Ministry of Civil Affairs.

Daoli district and Nangang district of the city won the honor of “National Demonstration District of Harmonious Community Construction”. The garden street in Nangang district was selected as a demonstration street, and seven communities were titled demonstration communities in China.

Harbin has committed to building central communities with different service functions for resident satisfaction for many years. Experts of the Ministry of Civil Affairs also commented that central community construction in Harbin can be worked out nationwide.
