Harbin Bank reached an agreement with Wallet One from Russia to cooperate in cross-border financial businesses including online payment, debit note and capital settlement on Dec 15.

Based on the agreement, Harbin Bank will be able to help its customers deal with cross-border online payment and settle accounts through bank card, e-bank, mobile payment and ATMs. The easy payment channel has integrated the online payment market between China and Russia to help online buyers and retailers enjoy comprehensive cash flow service.

With quick and easy payments between China and Russia, cross-border e-commerce in Harbin will be further promoted, bringing more business opportunities to the city in Northeast China’s border area.
