Harbin fashion week starts Jan 14

The fourth Harbin fashion week will be held in Hongbo Xicheng Red Square Gallery from Jan 14 to 18.
More than 40 outstanding designers from 10 countries including the US, Britain and Russia will gather in the capital of Northeast China’s Heilongjiang province to release fashion trends for autumn and winter clothing.
People following the official Weibo and WeChat of Harbin fashion week will have the opportunity to get free entry tickets for the fashion show.
Zhang Zhifeng, founder and art director of NE Tiger and chief designer in charge of attire for spouses at the 22nd APEC meeting, and Kukhareva, a famous Ukrainian designer, will exhibit their latest designs on opening day.
Russia fashion godfather Oleg Korotyshev and his team; Sirus Tantiyapong, a Thai designer who won the title of best New York Rising Designer; Jitka Klett, Slovakia's chief fashion designer; Oleksandr Vasylyev, a famous Ukrainian fashion designer; Anastasia Solovyeva, a Russian designer who participated in designing outfits for the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympics; Zeng Ming, a prominent designer in China; and other designers will bring their latest works to amazing catwalk shows during the fashion week.
Aimed to be a cradle of China’s fashion industry, the city of Harbin will use the fourth Harbin fashion week to further expand its fashion industry into the international market.
