Curtains go down on Snowboarding Junior World Championships in Harbin

When this year’s Snowboarding Junior World Championships concluded in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, on March 15, America’s Barrett Madison Taylor defeated South Korea’s Jeong Yu-rim and won the half-pipe final.
The 18-year-old South Korean half-pipe rider Kweon Lee-jun won the men’s final after beating three opponents from the US.

Athletes from Russia claimed four gold medals and contestants from France, the US and South Korea all won two gold medals. Both Holland and Australia won one gold medal.
