Harbin has announced that it plans to start a campaign to protect the area’s time-honored (laozihao) brands, from trademark infringements, according to its notary office, which says that 10 of the laozihao will be picked as pilots for notarization.on its precious honor certificates, documents and antiques, including old photos, obsolete equipment, and historical references, which will be kept as notarial certifications.

In addition, the statements of senior employees, application materials for their authorized stores and the proofs for infringements on these enterprises’ intellectual rights will also be notarized as evidences.
