When the Wanda Realm Hotel in the city of Harbin, Heilongjiang province decided to celebrate its second anniversary, on Sept 24, it drew more than 300 local officials, businesspeople and academics to its banquet, along with a foreign band and the hotel employees performed a mini concert, a laser light show, jujutsu, and dances, giving the party a jaunty swing.

The hotel’s general manager, Andreas Kraemer, addressed the gathering by saying that the hotel had exceeded their expectations in many ways, such as accommodations, restaurant and banquet facilities which proved quite popular with guests.

Kraemer went on to say that their reputation is based on innovations in catering, hospitality, and customer services and that its design mixes Eastern style with modern elements with inspiring results and that the hotel is committed to giving guests an excellent experience and to serving the city’s growth with the dedication and hard work of all employees.

He added that the hotel has been trying to shoulder more social responsibility at the same time, and has held charity events to help people in need, which has given it a reputation in society.

As the sixth of Wanda Group’s Realm Hotel in China, and the first of the province, the luxury hotel was opened two years ago.

Over the past 24 months, all the staff in the hotel has been making continuous efforts to offer customers professional and considerate services and ensure travellers a pleasant stay.

Its success has brought it more than 20 awards in the hotel industry.
