The city of Harbin’s Public Transportation Group, in Heilongjiang province will be getting 200 plug-in hybrid passenger vehicles by the end of this month, Heilongjiang Daily Reports, noting that the manufacturer, Longhua Automotive Co, in the city of Qiqihar, Heilongjiang and that this is the largest order for a single manufacturer in China’s new-energy vehicle market and that they are expected to improve the city’s air quality.
