Construction of Wudalianchi airport to finish by end of 2016

Upon completion, Wudalianchi airport will have a 2500m long, 45m wide runway, a vertical linking taxiway, and four station sites. The new terminal will be 3000 square meters, and the parking area will be 5000 square meters. Wudalianchi airport will be a 4C airport, with a total investment of 685 million yuan. It aims to achieve volumes of 300,000 passengers, 1500 tons of goods, and 3400 flights by 2020. The airport will promote the economy, travel and logistics development of Heihe, Suihua, Qiqihaer, and Nongken.
