Mulan bridge to open by end of October

Seventy percent of the work on Mulan bridge was completed as of July 20, and the bridge will open by the end of October.
It will connect Harbin and Mulan county, which will then be less than one hour apart by car. Previously, the only transport was by boat, and it took 2.5 hours. After the completion of the bridge, Mulan county will be part of the one hour economic circle around Harbin.
