Heilongjiang province will carry out pilot programs in some cities to promote industrial integration, according to a plan released recently.

The plan urges boosting the pace of development in different industries by promoting the development of Internet Plus, agriculture, brands and industrial cooperatives.

According to the plan, the Heilongjiang provincial government will promote the development of demonstration bases for green food as well as on-demand and e-commerce sales.

Meanwhile, pilot projects will be carried out to promote brand building, standardize packages and marketing, and integrate processing cooperation.

The plan also urges the upgrading of cooperatives, which will be guided to develop processing in places of production, including using environmentally friendly and specialized methods.

Furthermore, the plan calls for carrying out pilot programs looking at various types of agriculture, as well as increasing tourism to rural areas.
