Harbin one of the happiest cities in China

Harbin has ranked seventh in a list of the 10 happiest cities in China, according to a list released recently.
The ranking list released by the Chinese Institute of City Competitiveness has ranked 358 cities in China. The top 10 happiest cities in China include Qingdao, Hangzhou, Huizhou, Yantai, Zhuhai, Chengdu, Xinyang, Ji’nan and Zhaoqing.
