Price of newly-built homes rises 1.3 percent in Harbin

The price of newly-built homes in Harbin has increased by 1.3 percent year-on-year to July, according to data from the National Statistics Bureau, Heilongjiang Daily reported.
The price of other property has also risen 1 percent year-on-year, according to the statistics.
Prices of new homes which were no more than 90 square meters increased 0.9 percent, and those over 90 square meters increased by 1.7 percent.
Harbin ranked 46th among 70 large and medium-sized cities for increases in the price of newly-built homes.
